Handling Systems Inc. Service Group is available to provide 24 hour Emergency Service for your overhead cranes and hoists.
Our Factory Authorized Service Technicians are Industry Certified as well as MSHA and OSHA certified.
INSPECTION SERVICES:
Our hoist inspection service includes, but is not limited to, inspection of all electrical components, mechanical devices, wiring, cables, chains, operational tests and a full OSHA compliance check. Lubrication of bearings, cables, chains, and open gearing is included. Any gearboxes needing lubrication will be topped off at no additional charge.
Any minor adjustments of brakes and limit switches will also be made.
In the event parts are required during inspection, our technician will show the damaged or worn part to our escort or point of contact to obtain authorization to replace/repair at that time if possible, minimizing downtime and additional cost of return trips to your site.
SERVICE VEHICLES:
Our service vehicles are stocked with common repair parts, and equipment, to provide repairs during service calls and inspections, as required. Our goal is to perform all repairs in one visit, to prevent our customers from paying for repetitive driving time.
From the ¼ Ton electric chain hoists to 100 Ton mill duty cranes, proper planning and our highly skilled personnel will ensure you are up and running as quickly as possible.
IN STOCK PARTS
Our parts inventory is extensive. We stock parts for ACCO, Coffing, CM, Magnetek among others. We have runway conductor and festoon components in stock. We have many hoist in stock less chain and push buttons that we can assemble quickly to the customer’s specific needs.
